A towering trans Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces is dominating the military’s women’s national volleyball tournament, smashing balls at blistering speeds into female opponents’ faces and knocking them off their feet during a military league match between Ottawa and Halifax.

The 6-foot-plus biological male, competing in the 2026 CAF National Women’s Volleyball Championship, left one player reeling after a vicious spike straight to the face, highlighting the unfair physical advantage in women’s military sports. Juno News has identified the player as Royal Canadian Navy Sub-Lieutenant James “Jamie” Poirier.
