Frequently Asked Questions

Why did you name your organization Juno News?

The name comes from Juno Beach – the location on the beaches of Normandy where the Canadian soldiers stormed on D-Day. Canadians made the greatest gains in that surge, and that helped the Allies inch closer to defeating the Nazis and winning the war. Candice Malcolm personally had family members who fought for Canada in both these wars, and her great-grandfather was killed and buried nearby.
