"Even before this latest catastrophic blow to Canada's economy, this op-ed essay, originally published in the C2C Journal, attracted national attention. I was flattered that my words led to an invite as a featured guest for a lengthy 15 minute TV interview with a well known media personality. However, I ultimately decided, to tell the lovely producer that my efforts would be better spent through writing. In light of the economic suicide the Laurentian Elites have stubbornly decided to embark upon this weekend, I invite you to have a read of another perspective. Was it too much of an ask by the Americans, as many suspect, for Canada to make concessions on China? No. I would argue it was entirely reasonable. And hence it begins: a full, blown-out, painful, economic war."
