The BC Cons had better tighten up their operation if they ever hope to unseat the unspeakable NDP. Talk about a fox in the henhouse.

No shock from me. Ryan Painter once saw me post something pro-life and whined at me in my DMs about it because he truly believes in abortion up until birth.

The last BC provincial election was so close that this scumbag liar, could have played the deciding role by sabotaging the BC conservative party before and during that election....Either way, the BC conservatives need to get their own house in better order and pay more attention to vetting their own people...Ryan Painter is the worst type of sabotuer for a conservative party you could imagine. One just wonders how much sensitive and confidentail strategy of information he was actually privy to with conservative insider communications....

Please when using acronyms spell out what they mean the first time they're used in an article. E.g., "He posted in support of the SOGI [Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity] curriculum in schools ..." Thanks! There are so many acronyms these days that we're not all up on their meanings.

oh thats what that means....i just figured 'sogi' was slang for 'soggy' or "male impotence" of some kind....you know, most of us regular folks with jobs have no idea what these weirdo terms are!!

It's called infiltration.

Spying if you will.

Perhaps even sabotage.

All part of the plan.

Thanks for exposing this.

Another valid point for those claiming it’s just a uni-party…

Yet another “brilliant” misstep by John Rustad and team. We all thought, prayed and hoped he was here to save us from decades of poor management by NDP and the likes of Christy Clark. Turns out he’s just another red Tory.

Quit pointing the finger. Ruthstad did an excellent job and still is. Before the last election there was no conservatives party in B.C. A bad attitude is not what we need right now.

Correct, he did. Then he started failing and flailing like so many politicians do. His turning point was when he revealed that he was simply a Crusty Clarke retread; kicking Dallas Brodie out for telling the truth! That is a clear and undeniable white flag of surrender to the enemies of freedom and liberty and good governance, in other words, the NDP. I am grateful for his stewardship that led to the quashing of the moribund BC Liberals, but at his core he is a weak and unhappy soldier for true democracy. When was the last time you saw him smile and just be happy that we live in one of the places on Earth? He marches around grumbling and complaining and smirking and frowning, showing his “angry eyes” for all the see.

I am happy we now have a Conservative Party in BC and thank Rustad for that. Now we need a new leader with a spine, someone who could have apologized to Brodie and the others who have now created a brand new party in BC, further diluting the cause. All because he blinked and apologized to the itinerant progressive left; a sin from which there is no return in modern politics.

You're absolutely right! Rustad sat with Christy Clarke, Richmond and the rest of the sleaze that ruled B.C. at one time. Conservatives are suspicious of his motives. Polls show that people want proof of graves and we are not fools. Yet Rustad would rather be on the side of Indigenous demands that do not align without evidence thus shutting out his own caucus that divide real Conservative values for truth. I believe Rustad is over his head... Time for a leadership race to unite real Conservatives and know who runs this province without NDP interference.

100%! We owe him a debt of gratitude for what he “did.” But sadly his lack of spine betrayed him. He wanted to be popular instead of being right. Integrity is the art of saying and doing the right thing, EVEN WHEN ITS NOT POPULAR. He blew apart all that he built with a few very poor decisions premised on lack of true self-confidence.

When Dallas Brodie & her suppoters exposed Rustad as a fraud, & his rigged voting scams, it is no surprise that he hired a Globalist nut bar traitor, ONE BC are the real people to take BC out of the hell they are in...!!!

This is a graphic example of why politicians of all stripes should do more of what they're paid to do and less of going on vacations, getting subsidized haircuts and lunches, tossing constituents' letters in the waste basket without reading them and sitting around waiting to qualify for pensions paid for by the taxpayers. Nobody noticed this Judas sitting in caucus meetings taking notes? Sadly, this reflects worse on the BC Conservatives than on Painter. No wonder people don't bother to vote anymore.

Most comments seem to be from people that have never met the man. I too am skeptical about his dramatic turnaround but conversations with him lead me to believe he most likely has seen the light. Having said that, I think the party has to keep a close eye on him.
