Are we talking here about the rats who infest Toronto City Hall or the four legged variety?

I think BOTH might be totally accurate.
This is not hard to believe. Most of the rats are in public office and the government in Ottawa.....

As of 8 AM this morning I am up to 10 2/4 rats in my traps in lovely Chilliwack. I think I am the only trapper in 200 homes in our community.
I noticed that these places have the most concentration of Asians and moslems. I wonder, does that have a bearing on the fact.
