Isn't it bewildering that the Liberals will legalize every kind of harmful drug, which children can get in the schoolyard, but oh no NOT NICOTINE.

Health Canada... largely working for big business pharma, not for the health of the people. Time for a Big change.

Can't legally buy a nicotine pouch, but I can buy crack and heroin. I can't be the only one to see the nonsense of this sort of thing.

Heck, if you’re an addict you can get your drugs free from one of the many “safe injection” sites! Handfuls of hydromorphone for everyone! And if you’re a bit of an entrepreneur, you can sell those to teenagers and use the cash to buy fentanyl!

I'm not a promoter of any kind of nicotine, vaping or inhaling (I don't really know what "Zyn pouches" are or how you use them), BUT, "FREE GOV'T CRACK COCAINE FOR ALL IN A DISPENSER BOX", is the WORST idea I ever heard of and I'm against that more than anything! It's sad and I'm mad at what the Lib gov't has turned this country into - a free drug nation - where you can get all the free addictive drugs you want and then when you've really lost all hope for the future you can call in MAID!!!

Liberals don’t like nicotine bc it’s not lethal like the other drugs they approve on our streets!

I’m not a fan of these pouches. When they flooded the Canadian market unregulated and were available everywhere in all flavours, their ads were clearly targeted at teens. They’re looking for new life-long addicts, not primarily to help smokers….

You gave to be over 21 in the US, to buy them. In Canada, over 18, jyst like tobacco, so your argument us flawed!

No different than the energy drinks our kids are all hooked on.

Agreed- that's awful too! While I'm not a fan of the Liberals....I agree that all this marketing to kids (whether it's pop, nicotine, caffeine) is not ethical and could use some regulation. Unlike most of the other stuff they regulate...

But, you have to respect free-market. If your dead set on it negatively, then its up to YOU, to educate your kids. Otherwise, others will educate your kids. Be proactive!

Absolutely, parents have the most significant role in this! Yet they're not the biggest influence on their teens. That's just how life is with teens. Not sure if you have any yourself, but I do!
