Of course Ottawa will throw money at a Quebec company as this is to appease the Quebec voting party to keep supporting this Liberal gov't. Money will be thrown to Quebec and Ontario to keep them happy but no money offered to Western Canada grain growers when China imposed tariffs on their canola seed and oil.
