Judges are losing their minds! WHY would you want a criminal here? They need to be deported! Not only are refugees and immigrants not being screened properly, but when they're caught, they're given very lenient sentences? How does that make any sense? These judges need to be fired!

The only justification for a reduced sentence would be to get him deported earlier. Unless he is a man of means, the financial penalty is counterintuitive. Where is he going to get the $1000.00 per month to pay the fine other than renewed criminal activity?
Because he is a repeat offender and he has been busted for the same crime countless times and the judge gave him six months for fraud. Years ago he would be facing 5 to 10 years for fraud. But not today because he's an immigrant. I say if you are against the public comment then maybe you should go back to bed. The judge should loose his job period. Six months sentence for fraud is unacceptable for taking advantage of others. This guy should be given more than six months for his blatant disregard for the law. This judge should loose his job. Such a disgrace of the rule of law.
