Canada is a Crown Corporation; Alberta is a Crown Corporation. You separate yourself from Alberta, you have separated from Canada. You need to create a name for the new counrty, a flag, and a constitution, ratified by the people. You want a country wherein everyone is a sovereign being; a Democracy: the majority rule the minority - is not compatable. "Do no harm and treat your neighbor as thyself" is the definition of a sovereign being and a sovereign State. You want a country wherein this one law rules the people, all transactions, contracts, and the Courts. You wouldn't need the legislations that exist today in the thousands upon thousands, nor the many agencies that exist, nor would you need lawyers and the corrupt Bar society, which all in common, do nothing more than to impoverish the people of the nation.
