Does anyone in their right mind give a rats ass what Doug Ford thinks or says. I have been a Conservative all my life and this current premier is a donkey. He makes himself look assinine and can do nothing but harm to the people of Canada.

The Ontario Legislature is now shut down for over three months not that they worked much in 2025 with only 51 days at the legislature logged.
If ford was really caring about the people that he was supposed to be representing, he would try to heal the relationship between Canada and the USA not throwing in his pointless insults.

The main reason, I think, that Canadians are not so eager to head South these days is the hard fact that the Canadian dollar does not stretch but shrink a lot when paying at the cash register. When on a tight budget one stays home for cost reasons. All Anti-Trumpers like Mr. Ford can think about is a boycott to score political points against the President.

Ontario's rush to get into the SMR (Small Modular Reactor) business has resulted in the Darlington SMR project ( four 300 MW units) in full swing and financed by the province, the Hydro bank (created by Wynne to hide the Lakeview gas plant financial fiasco) and other investor sources. The Darlington SMR design is, get this, AMERICAN (Westinghouse). And there's Americans employed directly by OPG to facilitate the construction and commissioning. I don't see Ford stopping and cancelling the Darlington SMR project (because he needs MW's for data centres). But American wine is verbotten for us plebes. And Ford puts U.S. wines on the shelf in protest. As Bugs Bunny would say, "What a maroon!"
Ya like Florida will collapse because Elmer Fudd won't vacation there. Isn't he and Corney going to be snuggled up at his cabin for the winter? US owns half of Niagara Falls. Might have to ask permission to do anything to it. My guess is they won't give it.
ford is an embarrassment for Ontario. Here he is telling lies about Florida tourism. And that follows his threat last year to cut of electricity for 1.5 million homes in the US during winter- which could have result in US deaths.
Ontario needs to keep ford under wraps, with his mouth stapled shut and his legs manacled to rings in a cement floor. He cannot be trusted to have a microphone or access to intelligent people.
I would have to say, as a conservative, that Ford is one of the biggest political disappointments of my over 70 years. He acts like a major fool and says such stupid things, that I'm embarrassed for him. I swear that his IQ can't be much more than his shoe size. Also, the Ontario conservative party seems to have become very corrupt under his tenure. They need to get rid of him and straighten themselves out.
