(1) Danielle Smith is one of only a few politicians in Canada who are addressing Canada/USA relations in a calm, thoughtful manner. She's filtering out the theatrical rhetoric and gamesmanship from both sides and concentrating on getting down to business working out better arrangements for Canadians and Americans alike. Congratulations to Candice Malcolm for this interview and for all of her great work under True North and now the Juno News banner.
(2) We have to forgive Mark Carney for his awkward "MacD" reference. There's probably not too much call for sporting references when chatting in international banking circles, unless they allude to skiing in Switzerland or racing yachts off Nantucket.
An other great show Candice. It was good to see the Premier on here. She's a real concerned representitive of her people. You are always straight forward with the news, and that's great. Keep on trucking.
soooooo very blessed to have a premier like Danielle who stands up for Alberta and sees that the rest of this great country needs to work together - there is strength in numbers
What a leader Danielle Smith is! As an Ontario resident I envy the people of Alberta. Your Premier handles issues calmly and with confidence in contrast to the hysteria of so many others. Candice, I wish you every success in this new venture.
Primo interview with Danielle Smith! I would like to thank you for revealing the duplicity of Mark Carney as he traverses our nation campaigning. We have endured WEF influenced tyranny, we look forward to electing an honest government serving the people of Canada. Bring it on Poilievre!!
No, it's not hilarious, but unconscionable (perhaps even pathetic) that Ms. St. Onge should pledge her Liberal allegiance to the CBC on her way out of office. As usual, too much of taxpayers' money is being thrown at the CBC wall in order to keep the Liberal ideology around, even if we are fortunate enough to vote ourselves a new order next federal election. How is it possible that the CBC can't realize that Canadians fully notice the CBC's obvious and long-lived biases, as well as the hope of many of us who want to see the "national broadcaster" put back into its place of competition with the alternative media which tries to highlight the truth? Many Canadians are far more intelligent than the CBC realizes. We need a new start.
Please, let's not allow Ms. Freeland to get the top spot, even for a short time. In my opinion, neither she nor Mr. Carney will best face the future challenges with which Canadians must deal -- time for a sea change has come. Courage, everyone; let's try something different next time we have a long-needed federal election. Canada's very identity is now at stake. We must also respect the sacrifices made by previous generations of Canadian citizens who willingly went overseas to save the free world from domination.

Danielle Smith for PM 2029
Do we have to elect him?
Absolutely not, yet Liberal voters haven't been the brightest in past elections, so most likely might .. or Frau Freeland.
