The international student pipeline can be a lucrative business, especially when you operate on both ends of it. Juno News traced the business model behind the colleges’ parent company.
If it’s a government run program you can bet there are no safeguards. East Indians have infiltrated every level of government and know the loopholes better than anyone. Their sheer numbers have overwhelmed any rational attempt to expect assimilation to traditional Canadian values. With control of ports of entry they decide what or who gets in or out. It’s not a surprise that this pipeline brought in students in name only without even attending classes or graduating. In Kitchener, Ontario a local community college faced the same accusations and the president “retired” rather than answering any questions about corruption. Typical government response,

Agree totally what you have written. It’s no wonder Indian immigration to Canada is double or triple of any other group. They rarely integrate and take over entire areas of a city. They hire only their own trades people for housing development projects which are everywhere on outskirts of cities. Long established Canadian companies cannot compete with them and have been forced out of business because of the cheap labour. It is the owners of these firms that become rich, the workers are being exploited with low pay. The system they had in India is now here, and I believe the people in government have more loyalty to their country than Canada. My hope is people will understand what is happening and force governments to change the overall immigration system. It may already be too late.

Baltej Singh Dhillon pretty much got the ball rolling in the late 80s by forcing the RCMP to change their uniform requirements to allow turbans..and even back then, India was buying and infiltrating large businesses across Canada..

He probably never learned to speak English until he was put in jail and needs to go back to India if the RCMP can even find him amongst the thousands who crossed at Roxbury Road.
