Completely agree Poilievre needs to be a voice that is different from the liberal’s voice. He needs to be more like Danielle Smith. Stop listening to the polls and starts putting Canadians first by being truthful and respectful to the USA. Get busy demanding the borders be secured, drugs stopped and criminals need to be jailed. We need to be honest about what is really restricted in Canada. Poilievre needs to slam the anti American propaganda and talk about our weak position because of 8 years of liberal rule. Strip the spin about a fake national pride when we are weak and corrupt with drugs and weak borders. This is about ending protectionism and getting our own house in order.

Absolutely correct. I have even been trying as aconservative member trying to tell them get Poilievre to stop with mimicking the trudeau lieberal act. It's making him look so dumb. Like he has no capability to do what is the right thing to do, instead he's coming across as an idiot. I think he's playing politics instead doing what is right. He should know better.

I want to take a different look at the dairy issue, and maybe US meat. As a person who wants to avoid antibiotics and other additives in my food I am going to avoid US dairy products or beef. If Canada will persist in accepting beef and dairy that doesn't include those contaminants, I will be happy to buy them if the price is right.

An example is Heinz Ketchup. When in the US I have avoided Heinz Ketchup because it has high-fructose corn syrup in it. Canadian Heinz ketchup does not. After Heinz moved its ketchup production to the US (using Canadian tomatos) I can still buy their ketchup here without HFCS in it.

Keep going Mr Poilievre. You don't need to try and compare with the Lyberals. Truth wins. The No Decent Principal party can't compare and there's no other leader. Just lead . Canada is desperate for you to take the helm. God bless you!

Canada does not have the economic reserves to survive a tariff / trade war with the USA.

The Liberals, bureaucrats, and Doug Ford are drowning in debt and so are the tax paying citizens

By attacking and insulting Canada and its officials, Trump has done more to unify Canadians than any recent Canadian PM. That unity will result in most Canadians reading labels and choosing Canadian-made or the products and produce of any country but the USA. Statistics show Canada has been buying more stuff from the US than any other nation. Sudden loss of sales will be felt immediately and be reported back to the author of the destruction. Too bad the Lib/NDP have so little faith in Canadians that think they have to do the retaliating for us.
