IF AB is successful in leaving the country, where will Marx Carnage get his money to feed Quebec and the Maritimes? Without Alberta this country will die because Alberta's oil is what keeps this country's economy going, as oil is our country's biggest export. RIght now our only hope as a country would be to get pipelines in every direction from AB but that will not happen with Carnage at the helm. I thought the first thing Carnage should have done with Trump was to make a deal with the USA to get the rest of the Keystone XL pipeline finished as Biden stopped the pipeline in Nebraska. If AB is successful with their referendum maybe SK should go with AB, then BC could kick radical left winger EEBEE out of office into the Pacific Ocean somewhere and we could form a small but powerful little country in the west or preferably one big province so we could stay within Canada and have more power within the country.

Yes from Sask. BC, no. You don't want the very WOKE south. Just the northern half, and I think they would join us quickly, if given the opportunity. Sask may have a bit of a problem with First Nations, from a legal point of view. Northern BC will have a massive problem that way.

We have enough in BC to keep everybody happy if we can just get rid of our governments

GO ALBERTA!!!

Canada needs an enema and a huge wake-up call.

It looks like it's up to you.

Best of luck and remember...

There appears to be ample evidence that much like Canada's "Proud European" PM, Canada is also not in it for you either.

Do the right thing for yourselves as nobody else seems to care about you except for the money you supply to the rest of the country especially the Province that categorically refuses to have anything to do with what might actually make Canada energy self-sufficient.

i say go ahead Alberta, you have been taken advantage of for far too long and supported the so called not have provinces who have been only too happy to deride Albertans while living off their largesse. The Liberal control on this country is outrageous and needs to be nipped in the bud! I could only hope that one day here in B.C. we could rid ourselves of this socialist government and separate as well!

GODSPEED ALBERTA!!!!

The rest of us with any pride and sense support all of you who want a better life than is being offered in this corrupted mess called Canada.

Too bad other premiers won't cooperate with Alberta to stand against WEF Exec Carney, but the province has to do what it has to do.

No province should be allowed to separate in its entirety. That would remove all "no" voters from Canadian citizenship. Look at what Russia is doing to get Russian citizens back into Russia.

The "yes" voters should only be allowed to take their share of the province out of Canada.

Albertans take a look at the geography of Alberta. What do you see a land locked area . Who is south of you. The USA who will have open arms of welcome and a neighbour upon you will relie.

They will offer you comfort and depending upon the party in power in DC may offer you statehood

or just maybe a US protectorate status and just take the oil.

Do not be blinded by the rosy outlook that the promises of separatists . Look keenly ahead and see what is there. Before deciding ask the separatists the type of governess they plans Does it include all the current public services that you currently enjoy. Who will run the new country and type of government. Also ask about a proposed constitution and its contents. These should be part of the discussions during the campaign before voting on the referendum.

I am a small "c" conservative and a reader of history and it shows that well planned separations are more successful than those that are not. Initially upon separation there follows a period of establishing a new environment public social and family life. What does the new order do about those that opposed separation and families are broken up.
