Windsor police have issued an arrest warrant for a 61-year-old resident accused of a heinous crime: allegedly plying a teenage girl with alcohol, restraining her, and committing sexual assault.

The Windsor Police Child Abuse Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit began an investigation on Jan. 17 after a 17-year-old confided in a friend that 61-year-old Lexton Vinnory Blair had allegedly sexually assaulted her at a residence in downtown Windsor.
