The approval process will ensure that none of the Socialist regions, (the self serving politicians, activist bureaucrats, and opportunistic descendants of the early Siberian travellers), will approve pipelines or anything to do with the inexpensive, safe, reliable. organic carbon energy fuels that keep them clothed, fed, moving, warm, comfortable and alive. Unless perhaps there is a huge payoff involved?

The Liberal Acting Troupe of Canada have been known to use deception and mistruths in the not too distant past.

Alberta will consider this a declaration of war and rightly so. So should Canada.

The ASSASSINATION has already been plotted. It's just a matter of which group gets to pull tbe trigger.

Northern Gateway is years away if at all. But with the emissions cap gone companies can ramp up production in existing pipelines. The former Keystone XL will be completed south. All this means more revenue. This has to be done before the regime change in Venezuela and that heavy oil hits the market.

The MOU has enraged the Alberta separatists and that will put more pressure on the federal government.

I totally agree with you on the future competition between Alberta and Venezuela in selling heavy crude to the USA. This may refresh the readers' memories that a Florida businessman, with longstanding ties to Venezuela's oil industry, arrange crude oil export to USA for returning illegal immigrants in 1Q25. Also, this graph shows Ven. crude exports to the USA

I'm wondering if the USA recent import of Ven heavy crude was a compatibility test with the Gulf based refineries. Should the US take control of Venezuela, this could result in a downward pressure on the WSC price.

It should be noted there is no oil pipelines running south from Mexico to South America. The Ven crude would be shipped by tanker which incurs a higher environmental risk.

There is absolutely now way this deal is going yo happen. It's all just smoke and mirrors on Carney's part.

If BC blocks the pipe line Alberta is going through the United States and then BC is fucked just like Saskatchewan selling its minerals to the United States.

We need to protect our own province so Ottawa and Quebec can’t fuck us anymore.

We’re sick and tired our provinces are the richest provinces and we’re getting fucked over.

Mark Sherman's avatar

Well isn't that the plan? Carney will let Eby, the indigenous or the eco-cult stymie the project so he doesn't look bad.

BC had best stay in their own lane. There are products that flow from there through Alberta every day. Alberta could make it very uncomfortable for BC.

Peter Bradley's avatar

Please name three products that flow from BC through Alberta every day.

Claude Quintin's avatar

Fentenal, heroine, prostitutes, illegal trucks drivers, stupidity, morons and lumber.

You can't kill something that never lived

Of course BC will veto we have one of the most incompetent leader in Canada

The three new BC pipelines crossing Alberta heading towards the US market should also meet the same fate.

Sleazy commie eby hasn't read the room, he is the twat responsible for bringing in the unconstitutional undrip shit in BC and now it's biting hard and peopld are taking notice and saying exfuckingscuse me, I didn't vote for this. And now 60% of regular tax paying citizens want the pipeline, I hope OneBC get their act together as rustad is another woke flake and has no spine. The sleaze eby's days are numbered but he will not call an election until thd last day possible because he knows he, and his economy killing disaster of a party, will not win again. People have had enough of the province taxing the shit out of them, land given away to appease a tiny portion of the population and seeing unemployment rise, provincial debt spiral out of control with zero improvement in services and the cost of living being totally unaffordable. Time the communist pile of stunking dogshit was kicked out. Fuck eby! spineless toad.

Yes, the BC govt, Indians and parasitic leftest groups will stop this pipeline. I live in northern BC and the majority want this pipeline...we the majority are sick and tired of the Indian's and we are done! There should be a referendum on this pipeline and let a true democracy win. The good of the many should out weight the good of the few. Cut off the re-born again Indian status cards and watch our Canada return to a democracy! Any one with less then 50% Indian blood in them is a poor excuse of a human, for taking away the culture and tradition of Indians for their own selfish gain!

Democracy works best when the vast majority conduct themselves with honesty, respect, maturity and faith. Many Canadians have slipped from those high ideals. You know better than me the attitudes of those in northern BC. But premier Clark knew she had to balance the budget to win support of BC conservatives. Otherwise, she’d lose to the NDP. Now the BC Conservatives have to do something to attract BC’s liberals, or they’ll lose the election.
