There's a good start for "sactifices". There are many many more extremely, unnecessary wasteful government projects/items corrupt money pits that can also be "sacrificed" but this government will rather axe health care and OAS for the little people than cut back on their communist wef agenda.
If we did that, we would no longer be able to attract the magnificent specimens we are currently blessed with.
What on earth would we have done without a decade of Trudeau-the-Witless? Or his butt-buddy, Jag Meat Singh who held the entire country ransom in order to collect those benefits. Or that stellar representative of the SLGBQTWPDF+1A9(cubed) community, the "other Randy" Boissonault? Or Stephen Guilbeault, the Liberal's Green God who is apparently able to run several Cabinet departments on his own without the benefit of having a single functioning brain cell, or Christia Freeland who personally kept the cocaine business solvent while propelling Canada into insolvency, or Gen Next Liberal, Carnak-the-Omnipotent with his Balkanize Canada, full speed ahead to a WEF Paradise where we, as the planet's first post-national state, will own nothing but be happy. I know, I know, he hasn't yet committed to which of those two promises will be kept.
I mean, who could even imagine such a bleak future.
The same people, and their children, who continue to be hurt by this Liberal party government, are the same ones responsible for voting them back in after ten years of hurting them, and they will do so again in the next election. So, our current government leader wants to spend money to assist private enterprise. Does that mean that the government will own the majority of the enterprise, similar to what the Chinese government does? Just asking for a friend.
There is no runaway spending. That's just Conservative speak. Previous governments have left deficits, Then we went through global pandemic that shut down economies all around the world followed immediately by global inflation because everyone is trying to catch up; and Trudeau worked to try to catch up here in Canada, plus deal with the costs that we were incurring during his time in office.. Mark Carney is taking things even further, diversifying Canada's trading markets so that we're not so dependent on trade with the US, while trying to maintain some sort of relationship with the states at the same time. The Liberals, now with Mark Carney as leader and Prime Minister are still Canada's best option on offer.
