WEF Speech: Carney accidentally admits the truth
On today’s episode of The Candice Malcolm Show, Candice calls out Mark Carney for talking tough in Davos while Canada’s military crumbles.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Mark Carney gave a triumphant speech in Davos, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum. For the first time in over a decade, we heard a Canadian Prime Minister tell the truth on the world stage: the so-called rules-based international order was always a lie.
The only problem is that Carney’s words don’t match his actions. If he truly believed what he said, he would be ramping up our military and preparing to defend ourselves from hostile threats. Instead, he’s standing by while our military decays and he’s focusing on reckless policies like Net Zero that undermine our economy.
As a perfect example of how far our military has fallen, Candice points to a ridiculous memo from DND (Department of National Defence) to show that our military leaders actually hate Canada and want to tear it apart.
Next, Candice exposes Ottawa for opening the door to Chinese state-run media, funneling support directly to the propaganda arm of an authoritarian regime. China has been quietly paying Canadian media to push its agenda—and reshape the narrative at home—for years.
