HOUSTON: “I think again, sorry, but I think like the investigation in time we'll look at, you know, the what, the why, the how, all those types of things. But for right now the focus is just on containing the fire.”

TRANSLATION: We have no interest in facts, or forest wildfire prevention, while we continue to spend 100 times more money on climate change, and ban hikers.

Well well. So leave the homeless in there - get one of them to start a fire and then let them disperse before you get there! Brilliant no one will figure that out!

Keep all preying eyes except drug addicts out of forests so no one knows really what you are up to! And guaranteed you are up to something!

These politicians and their chiefs look like a bunch of imbeciles. They need to stop taking their orders from the globalists and become human again.

lol - spit out my coffee there! Indeed, acting? Maybe they need more lessons from Captain Turdeau.....it was all he ever did. I'm sure he could find a way to say this is because people with jobs won't take bicycles to work in January....

There are at least 4 guys working at city hall who probably have E bikes because they're too lazy to pedal to work. My advice would be to follow the money on the bike lanes. who benefits? Like any crime, always follow the money.

Last week in green timber’s urban forest in Surrey, I called the fire department because on an abandoned homeless fire. I walk every day and always see fire remnants or putting one out or calling the fire department. So sad we have different rules for different groups.

Canada in 2014(months before the 10 year reign of Justin Trudeau started) was ranked 5th in the world in GDP per capita(acknowledged as the leading indicator of one’s paycheck and one’s purchasing power).Today Canada is ranked 33rd.These 2 gentlemen demonstrate why this has happened.

What a clown show . They can't blame the homeless why because they are homeless because of their inaction on that file. This will not end well for these idiotic climate change zealots following the WEF guidlines .

well partially, but lets be honest, these woke buffoons are in the camp of "crackheads matter more than other people"....deny healthcare to the elderly, deprioritize ambulatory care for anyone not 'overdosing'...etc.... I like the US city where they rounded 'em up and just let them OD. Gets rid of the problem.

Well, there is Liberals in action - the crackheads start a forest fire....they get to keep camping in the woods. But taxpayers, students, retirees - well those dirty SOBs need to be punished, better make a law against them enjoying life. But the crackheads, I'm sure are also getting some free drugs delivered to their site, priority service from Ambulances and ERs....they make indigenous claims look reasonable....

Once the state moves the crackheads into the National Parks normal people will be too afraid to go there. Policy accomplished.

They're not homeless. The real homeless are working multiple jobs living in their vehicles and are truly invisible.

These lying arseholes forget who pays salaries, they serve us not the other way around, when asked a simple question to which you know they know the answer to they dhould have to, by law, answer it truthfully or face legal action and removal ftom office. We need to start holding these cunts to account, enough of their thinking "I am above you common people, I'm an elite ruler" they are public servants who work for the public. These people need a good old fashioned beating with a very hard punch or ten to the face.

Well I would call that passing the buck. But I would also say independent media will not let this line of questioning go. The government wants to demand you follow the law- the over kill of banning walking in the woods, BUT the same government gave permission for glycosides to be sprayed in an already dry forest. This needs to be looked into as this chemical has two issues; cancer causing and drying forests. We also have the issues of the homeless encampment in the forests where no one is supposed to be. Government needs to answer to this too. If personal freedoms are so easily violated because of government mismanagement then the government will have to be forced to manage better.

In the Lib/woke world the drug addicts and homeless are special people, and bad things said about them will not be tolerated. If they did start the fire some people just think 'differently'

It's curious how "bans" seem to be a go to for some during 2020/2022 despite anyone with a basic understanding of Canadian Law(Maybe not the Attorney Generals?) are the first instinct. I honestly believe it's a blend of incompetence and sheer arrogance on the part of some public officials to insist on such obvious unlawful state activity. Instead of exposing the short comings, lack of planning, lack of investment of governments and basic honesty with the public that employ them, these "leaders" either accept poor advice from incompetent ministers and advisors and dig in when they know they are wrong. A grade 10 civics student knows banning people from public lands is unlawful. How is it our leaders don't?
