Will need to use the Clause to stop the native grab of Richmond, BC and elsewhere if appeals fail, just another layer of leftist judges.

The Notwithstanding Clause is essentially a necessity when rights have been bestowed not by inalienable rights under a God but rather on the allowance of the government. As a result of the government's changing perspectives from election to election, it can revoke the rights of certain citizens to support its voter base. Therefore, a balancing clause is necessary to ensure fairness for individuals when governments become corrupt.

I am currently awaiting the book by Dennis Molinaro, which looks at the analysis of US officials in the ever-increasing manipulation of Canada by the CCP. There is essentially no resistance to the CCP's influence in the Liberal party but rather compliance. The Americans have recognized this, and this has resulted in a high threat situation to their sovereignty. More than likely, the defiance of Canada is a result of major players in the Canadian government being CCP shills.

I believe that Canada will become the next battleground in WWIII as China attacks from the West and Russia from the East and North. Last year, a poll showed that about 80% of Canadians said that Canada must distance itself from China. Last week, Marx Carnage told Canadians we must have closer ties to the CCP - a government that has infiltrated very level of Canadian government - federal to local. The Americans see the writing on the wall. OUR leaders are in the pockets of the CCP. We ignore this to our own peril. The only saving grace to this is that the CCP doesn't put up with Muslim crap at all.

The interesting part about the Notwithstanding Clause is Quebec has used it the most, with it most recently used for the removal of all religious symbols in professional offices. And this usage is why the federal judiciary is seeking to limit the powers of the notwithstanding clause. But in retooling the clause, they can claim the provinces have rights under confederation but at the same time put in “fences” that legally negate the legal authority of the clause. The federal government calls this clarification, but it’s the socially correct term for censorship.

I’m not sure about education; I just read a lot.

One can learn a lot by just reading. I too read a lot - always have a next book to read. I finish one book and already have my next book lined up - currently reading; Let the Eastern Bastards Freeze in the Dark by Mary Janigan.

It became obvious to many that with the election of the fraud that was Justine, lover of weird socks, Turdeau in 2015 that Canada was on the path to a bad place.

As the years progressed that observation only grew and grew although the clue was that last jerks prognostication that Canada would soon become a Post National State.

It took almost ten years for the glitter to fall of an idiot who was so far above his pay grade that even running a lemonade stand might have proved a difficult task for him.

Then, the back room manipulators in the bowels of the Lieberal party decided they could no longer have this jerk around and so the kabuki theatre began to find a new leader although these manipulators had already chosen Mark Carney. The rest was theatre to fool the masses.

.... AND SO...

Carney, the WEF Principle, runner of Brookfield, UN Consultant, Globalist, Environmentalist and hated Governor of the BoE, US Investing and off-shore money hider and tax avoider and "Proud European" stole policies from the Conservatives that appealed to voters with never really a thought of implementing them, then raised his elbows and lied his way to becoming Canada's replacement PM for the last fraud and gave the Lieberals another kick at the can that started with the jerk with the fetish for weird socks.

.... Was asking the mostly Liberal appointed Supremees to decide on the use of a Clause that was the primary reason for the acceptance of the Charter in the first place a mistake??

Well... You can either think it was or rather see it for what it basically will be if the Liberal lovers who make of their own fantasies at Canada's Supreme Court decide to limit the use of something they have no authority over and which was specifically included to reign them in.

That something....

To complete the job the sock fetish thing started in 2015.

Divide Canada even further and BRING IT DOWN.

Accidental and a mistake???

I think not.

I also think not. The WEF Lapdog Carney is following orders, same as the WEF Lapdogs in Australia and England. Howzit going for those countries? This Budget HAS to go down in FLAMES so Carney gets a no-confidence vote and Canadians get an election to rid the country of the Liberals once and for all. The Bloc and NDP better live up to this moment and do their JOBS!!!!!

Sadly and given more than ample evidence counting on either The Bloc or the NDP to do they right thing would be akin to believing the earth is flat or the moon is made of blue cheese.

LOL... Then again... A few do indeed believe those things.

There is always a chance though I suppose.

Let's hope so.

We need Carney and the Liberals gone.. Very, very, very gone... ALL OF THEM!!!!

I have the very same concern. The fraudulent elections we are experiencing across Canada is very worrisome for me. But my biggest worry are the uneducated voting public who seem to vote based on their own household and not the greater good. This voting public gets the moniker, "MORON'S"!

Judges with all their education and their Liberal leaning tendencies think that they are so much more knowledgeable and worldly than the rest of us. In all their arrogance they think they should be making the decisions for our betterment because we simply don't know better. Personally I think it's time to start electing them or give them a set term as judges.

Some of our Supreme Court judges need to be removed from the bench. They obviously don’t understand what our children suffer for these sick individuals to possess. Maybe it’s because our judges are getting that deprived as well and partake in these heinous activities.

No one in a country that has an electoral system such as Canada does needs unelected judges or the United Nations , with representatives that Canadians don’t vote for, making rulings or decisions for Canadas provinces or populace. A study of both the U N and the Supreme Court in Canada may indicate a preference regarding where these people get their credentials and appointments from.

It is a sick system,,because, when out of power,,,,the beaten leader, still gets these appointed bodies to vote his favour !

Should the not withstanding clause be eliminated, then Alberta should repudiate its endorsement of the 1982 constitutional agreement. Inclusion of this clause was one of the key requirements for Alberta to ratify the constitution.

Of course the Federal liberals want to limit the use of the clause that rescues us from the WHO, WEF and the CCP. What the heck happened to the Liberal party of Canada that it has found itself so far up the rats hole. One Word, Trudeau!! We have to get rid of all the leftover groupies from Quebec that are still holding ministerial positions. This is definetly the start of the slippery slope.
