Carney is a liar and a fraud.
The Liberal Government is a corrupt entity whose compliment is all liars and incompetent frauds.
They have no intentions of fixing the Immigration system as they are the ones who broke it.
It was/is intentional and to date has brought in millions of illegal voters most, if not all of whom will vote Liberal if/when they get the opportunity.
