A non-citizen, repeat violent sex offender who has repeatedly breached his parole has sparked multiple warnings from Guelph police.
Medhani Yohans, 36, from Africa, has been arrested five times for breaching his parole conditions in the past two years. The Canada Border Services Agency was not immediately available for comment when asked why Yohans remains in the country.
