I’m thinking that China will be calling other countries to purchase canola, and not being able to meet the demand , will in turn call Canada to sell to them. What I’m saying is there may be back deals going forward.
Why are they "educating" people who cross with 2 seconds left? This is not an education issue, this is a wilful breaking of the law and they should be fined - and then sent back across the street and made to come back again properly.
