U.S. pulls F-16 Demonstration Team from Toronto air show

The Canadian International Air Show confirmed the U.S.-based USAF F-16 Demonstration Team’s withdrawal, adding that the decision was beyond the institution’s control.

The United States has pulled out of the 2026 Canadian International Air Show in Toronto amid escalating trade tensions, with its absence being announced by the organization on Thursday.

“The F-16 Demonstration Team will no longer be able to participate at the 2026 Canadian International Air Show,” wrote the CIAS in a social media post, adding that the decision was beyond the institution’s control.
