The University of Toronto and Harvard University have announced a joint contingency plan to support international students from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government who may be unable to re-enter the United States due to visa restrictions.
The arrangement, unveiled Wednesday, would allow eligible students to complete their graduate public policy programs at U of T’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
