A young survivor of the shocking Tumbler Ridge shooting is fighting back, now breathing on her own after being shot three times in the brutal attack by Jesse Strang (Van Rootselaar).
Damn my heart bleeds for this innocent angel. This monstrous scum shooter was created by our insane LibTUDRd “WOKE” government policies. These trans creatures should be treated for a mental illness. These doctors who think a 12 year old is able to decide their sex should be considered deviant. No child has a grasp who they are till much older. When is this madness going to stop???
Actually, relating the shooter’s gender identity to the monstrous act that was committed isn’t relevant. Only a disproportionately low 0.5% of mass shooters are transgender, even though 1% of the population of the U.S identifies as trans. (I use US statistics because they’re more readily available.) Cisgender males, on the other hand, account for 97.5% of mass shootings. Obviously, the fact that this is even a conversation demonstrates that better care for mental illness is necessary. But it is men, not trans people, the mental health crisis is the most prominent in.

You make an excellent point - light needs to be shone on the victims and survivors, I 100% agree. I guess that’s why your original comment bothered me, bringing up trans issues, but I could have better redirected towards Maya instead of going deeper into it, so I apologize as well
This is old news , but Juno news is the only one that I have seen post anything . It is a real shame that the killer gets more press than the victims have gotten .
Little Maya is a real fighter and We all hope that she fully recovers . Fear the worst , but hope & pray for the best recovery .
I read this morning that Abel the little black boy will be shipped back to Zambia for burial and the Father said he is moving back as well .
My heart 💔 and prayers 🙏 are with the families that have lost their children. I lost my son although not to a shooting it was still devastating 😢 I pray 🙏 for wee Maya as she has one long hard recovery ahead of her. But mostly I also pray 🙏🙏 for her parents as they travel this road with her 😢 Their hearts are broken 💔 and I pray that they will hold tight to God and each other 🫂 because there will be days when they will struggle with anger and wonder why.
