The field on our passport says 'sex' NOT gender. Every human being is either male or female. There is no third or "X" sex. "Gender" has nothing to do with it. It's a biological reality written into every single cell in our bodies no matter what we choose to do to the surface appearance. Legal documents should reflect facts, not momentary whimsies.

It’s ridiculous that people can mark a delusion on a Canadian passport. It’s also amazing that any country would let an ‘X’ in, how do you track a non-existent identity? One would think mental health issues would preclude you from entering a country. The sooner we rid ourselves of this nonsense the better, maybe once we do it’ll be a step towards us being taken seriously again.
at least Trump has the courage or audacity or whatever it is to stand up to these woke artists and make real what has been real for thousands of years. I cannot imagine having a PM sometime in the future that identifies as a cat.....

Nature, in the form of DNA, recognizes two basic genders. There are anomalies but the gender on a birth certificate works well....

You have to choose male or female even if your passport says X. Does this mean a man with an X passport can choose female on the Nexus card?
