Trump kills possible trade deal with Canada?
As Ontario Premier Doug Ford's trip to Washington wraps up, President Trump is making it clear he has no intention of renewing a free trade deal with Canada
On today’s episode of Straight Up, Marc Patrone breaks down President Trump’s latest comments suggesting that an updated free trade agreement with Canada may not be coming.
Speaking to reporters, Trump said he’s “not looking to renew” the deal, and outlined his right to terminate the pact as a key component of the agreement.
This comes as Ontario Premier Doug Ford wraps up his two-day visit to Washington, where he met with various business leaders and government officials. While Ford touts the trip as a success, many wonder what was actually accomplished — as the premier was unable to secure any meeting with White House officials.

The fact that Carnage met with Ford the night before he started his "bull in a liquor shop: campaign, tells me that 99.99% the 2 of them planned the whole thing! And just like Marc's guest said, many times representatives have been sent down to smooth things over with the American people. I don't remember the last time a Republican Pres. was in Office at the same time we had a Conservative PM, but it's been quite a while and the results are staggering... Just think what Biden and Trudope orchestrated during the plandemic. Horrible outcomes for the Canadian people. Some of us couldn't travel to the US for 4 years! Unacceptable, and I'm sure Trudope was quite ok with it!
There obviously ARE levelheaded people from our side of the Border who could go down there, apologize and make a good deal, but now that we have an authoritarian WEF guy in power, it ain't gonna happen! People are very ignorant to think that it's the US and its President's fault that we can't make a deal!

We definitely have a problem and I’m afraid that this Ford visit to the USA is only ever again smoke and mirrors, our government has never had to work for a living,, this is a fact all across the board, so can we actually blame the poor(spiritually) bastards for not knowing how to handle Trump, Trump built his own empire! This was a visit to appease honest businessmen here in Canada, too bad we can see through the bull shit!
So another point which you did not mention in this talk was how many young families are exiting Ontario, Bc, and Alberta the past 2 years, it’s crazy, but I can’t blame them!
We own a small business in Ontario and really can only technically afford 1 employee, that is bc business owners have to pay a crazy amount of money to actually employ people (great for jobs eh) how much more screwed up can it get here! No wonder there are zero entrepreneurs coming up.
