Trump issues multiple permits for Enbridge oil pipelines
The permits allow Enbridge to operate and maintain existing pipelines in the U.S. and Canada for transport of “crude oil and petroleum products of every description."
U.S. President Donald Trump is fast-tracking cross-border pipelines, greenlighting new permits to move oil between Canada and the U.S.
Trump made the announcement through a White House press release on Wednesday evening, which included a permit authorizing the Bakken Pipeline Company to begin construction on pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.
