How can the government buy back guns that they did not own in the first place? This is not a "buy back" program, it's a legalized extortion program. Money will be taken (extorted) from the tax payers wallets, money that will be burned up along with all of the guns that the government has confiscated from our law abiding citizens. I did not buy my guns to kill people but the regime is sending them to others for that explicit purpose.
