The taxpayers paid for the surgery and other costs, and then gets to pay for the de-transitioning and legal costs. What we get out of the process is a very rightfully resentful young person.
I have seen interviews, might have even been on 60 minutes or some show like that, and the people who were being interviewed spoke freely about their experiences.
There were those that were very young when they chose, but didn’t have the will and there were those who were teenagers when they made the choice.
No one was happy and they explained how they wanted to go back to the gender that they were born with.
They all were very unhappy because it wasn’t possible.
They could only go so far because of what had been done to them.
They were able to go so far but needed to take hormones for the rest of their lives.
The hormones that their bodies would have been able to produce had they not trans gendered
At the very end of the interview, Lynn makes a very important point. Ideology is not a good basis for making decisions.
Ideology is not evidenced based and someone making decisions based on ideology ignores all evidence that does not support thier belief system. This can be applied to issue after issue, and the "right" and the "left" both do it.
We need to get away from ideology, and move to a moral framework that can be applied universally as to what is right and wrong. (I know that there are many different moral frameworks at play right now)
To construct a moral framework, we need to go back in time and look at what moral frameworks stand the test of time. The 10 commandments are an example. If we take all successful moral frameworks & look for commonality I think it would be easy to come to a consensus with respect to this. For instance, every society agrees that lying is wrong.
The other issue is the lack of accountability. We all need to be accountable for our actions. At present we are in a world where "Might is Right" and our elites can never held to account. Even worse, our elites seem to believe that they are 'gods' and can do what ever they want, because they get to decide what is right, and what is wrong.

Why is affirmation the only permitted response by therapists who work with the sexually confused? Shouldn’t individuals who seek therapy have the right to choose their own goals for therapy?
The great turd banned any therapy for these confused kids, it is sick. All gender drugs and operations should be banned for under 21's, if they they still believe they are in the wrong body after therapy and puberty and turning 21 then they can pay for their own mutilation. Trans is obviously a mental deficiency.
