Toronto taxpayers were hit with a $21,000 bill for an artistic banner at City Hall proclaiming, “English is a foreign language.”
Well, if Toronto is truly diverse then next year we should expect slogans like, "School vouchers for all students" and "Abolish Public Sector Unions" and "Small Government is Good Government." I won't hold my breath.
Only certain kinds of diversity are permitted. Diversity of thought is not one of them.
