A Toronto police officer who served on the controversial “Muslim Liaison Unit” and hosted the quickly cancelled “Project Olive Branch” podcast has been charged with numerous alleged sex crimes, assaults and mischief.

Toronto Police Service Constable Farhan Ali, a 14-year veteran of the force assigned to the “Muslim Liaison Unit,” has been charged with sex crimes, according to the Toronto Sun.
