An economic think tank is calling on Alberta to increase its residents’ access to charter schools, as well as granting the institutions themselves more independence in their operations.
Is a charter school a religious one such as Protestant or Catholic or Hebrew? If not, what is the point of it? Am very interested, have 10 great grandchildren to worry about.
Apparently you didn't read the data too well. These schools are the top. Public schools are not only the bottom, they suck like a plugged pump in the bottom of a mud pit.
I wasn't referring to the schools. I was referring to those think tanks. I believe religious and private schools are better, as they usually have a more strictly operated staff and class room. You seem to like jumping the gun.

I'm leery of these think tanks. They usually take the path of spend with little results. It is a matter of who is sitting in these think tanks.
