Candice, I wouldn't get to excited over this bill C5. I'll bet it's just a front. The same environment laws are still in place. Until those laws get disposed of C5 doesn't mean a thing. I don't see why anyone would not see that. Con man carney is putting up a front, which is the same as a lie.
