In the latest episode of Not ‘Sorry’ on Juno News, host Alexander Brown, Director of the National Citizens Coalition, is joined by John Carpay, President of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, to discuss a damning January report on “Canada’s assisted suicide crisis.”
Canada is now a world leader in offering “Medical Assistance in Dying” in place of timely care, variety of care, and better palliative care, with experts warning its pending expansion to include the mentally ill, those struggling financially, and infants born with rare diseases violates not just informed consent, but threatens to lead the country down a dark path.

In an era of activist medicine that continues to ignore the evidence, such as in the growing case against the rapid roll-out of “Gender affirming care,” first principles are being ignored, none more so than “First, do no harm.”
These stories illustrate the very real, life-altering consequences of these modern medical decisions, and of evidence-based medicine losing out to apparent activism. Assisted suicide, long-term physical pain, irreversible sterilization and deep psychological distress are now hallmarks of a once-heralded system, now in urgent need of reform and renewal.

Telling that the Liberal Government chose death over life.
And while yes, there are extreme cases where there is zero chance of ever getting any quality of life back again.
This is no longer the case though with what the Liberals have enabled. Not even close.
Now all too common "assisted suicide" seems to be a theme.
Not so odd that it appears to be the same theme that Liberals have in mind for the country itself.
I suppose that there might be more than a few Canadians who currently think that perhaps there might indeed be some likely candidates for assisted suicide.
They might possibly reside in certain locations on Parliament hill.
Every person deserves a chance to live as does every country.
A message that seems to have been lost during Canada's current sad period of supposed Liberal Governance.
I have been on this earth for close to a century and at times close to leaving it due to illness, but I will never consent to be murdered by the medical profession. Life is too precious. The libs over-reached themselves on this putrid idea.
