Mark Carney has a transgender child; the procedure done in Britain a few years ago. Therefore his judgement is compromised. When he grants $660 m to this group, that is clearly a biased decision.
As Prime Minister, he supposed to refrain from rewarding special interest groups, particularly when he himself has a vested interest. I wonder how much of that money will end up in the Liberal Party war chest?
I don't suppose the con man dished that out of his own bank account. Oh that's right his bank accounts are in Bermuda, he couldn't possible right a check on those accounts.
