Taxpayer advocates demand Ford reverse decision to buy tax-funded private jet

The Ontario government has purchased a nearly $30 million private jet for Premier Doug Ford on the taxpayers' dime. Ontario taxpayer advocates call for an immediate reversal of the “luxury purchase.”

Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s “Progressive Conservative” government has purchased a $28.9 million pre-owned private jet for the premier to fly around the province.

Noah Jarvis, the Ontario Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, is calling on the Ontario government to reverse the decision and blasted the Premier for alleged hypocrisy based on his past statements.
