"Surrey MP becomes the 10th Liberal to breach conflict of interest laws"

Just a guess.

Perhaps rephrase to "TO BE CAUGHT BREACHING".

There are likely a lot more.

Seems to be a Liberal thing.

Of course Canada's PM who might likely be breaching conflict of interest rules big time has hidden behind a (BS) "Blind Trust" and who knows how many off-shore accounts.

On that one though... WHO KNOWS.. Intentionally and condoned by Parliament for some reason.

What an abomination.

But again.. It is a Liberal thing.

Good choice for International Development with all the efforts towards increased trade with India. He appears to be a Sikh? His dossier would appear that he is well suited for the Liberal brand, crooked in the past, present and most likely the future. Says a lot about Carney’s lack of integrity.

He's easily flagged with the white diaper on his head. What a disgrace to represent Canada. Drain the swamp!

A maximum fine of $500? Were these rules made 200 years ago?

Diana Lipton's avatar

Make it a $100,000 fine‼️

Kim Mischuk's avatar

Agreed.... $500 is a nothing burger for these high paid politicians. Need to make it a BIG financial problem to breach ethics in the first place. Jail would be better....

Maybe we should solve the alleged "Hit ordered by the Indian government"on Canadian soil before we deepen ties with that country.

The corruption just goes on and on with this Liberal party, unfortunately the Libtards are just blind and continue to support corruption.

10th Caught! How many others Liberal MP's are there that have just not been caught yet!

A $200 fine when the maximum fine is $500 shows the contempt of our Liberal government for adherence to rules. In this case the Conservative proposed fine of $20,000 is more reasonable for this infraction and he should have lost his position in the Government. Any less indicates corruption is tolerated.

And another fine-looking "Canadian" Member of Parliament.

He was fined $200.

What is that equal to? One tenth of one tenth of one tenth of his daily salary? Covered a thousand times over by just his upcoming self-granted pay raise? Let alone his already-criminal salary?

That these crooks can stand up and say he was duly punished for breaking the ethics law is a travesty - a crime in itself.

The image, of he and his Master, Carny, smiling out at us is not that.

It is these thieves laughing at us. They no longer even bother to hide their disdain and contempt for us ordinary people.

The rot that began with Trudeau-the-Elder, passed on to Trudeau-the-Witless and now, his progeny-in-spirit, Carny, is so endemic in Canada, it is a physical part of our political DNA. It is woven through every strand of our governments, federal, provincial, local, and taken for absolutely granted. Simply look at the current ALTO high speed rail being shoved down our throats at a cost that will exceed $1 Trillion. All to benefit SNC Lavelin and their property, i.e: Quebec politicians.

When and how did Canadians ever decide to turn our country over to this WEF/Liberal/Chinese/Indian/Quebec Mafia Organisation?

Truly, anyone in Canada with open eyes could list 25 or 30 scandals inflicted on Canada by this cabal, which individually, would have brought down any preceding government. En masse, it should have every senior member of the above stated gang, imprisoned.

What the Hell happened to us? I'm beginning to feel like we've been run over by a truck. (A truck, driven by an Indian immigrant.)

Hey! Become a Liberal leader or an MP! You will then have a complete free rein to break any and all laws of Canada!!

Sarai is my MP, unfortunately. I have written him emails of concern on multiple issues and never received a response or acknowledgment. Hopefully he will get voted out in the next election.
