Alberta Premier Danielle Smith met with Prime Minister Mark Carney on Thursday to make it clear that Alberta would not tolerate further mistreatment from Ottawa.
I suspect Smith's words entered one of Carney's ears, echoed around for a while then exited the other. It won't be long before Carney starts calling some provincial PMs good and others bad. It's a long traditional Liberal policy.
