Nothing changes and Carney is absolutely the worst but best trained liar and fraud except that he is only the aforementioned to those people who didn't fall for what he was selling but knew what he really was which was all out there about him plain as day with but a few minutes of homework on him.
He is true and will be true to his previous life and commitments.
The ones he held before fooling the "Elbows Up" crowd and proving that indeed you can fool enough people all of the time.
