The B.C. Conservatives are calling for clarity from Premier David Eby after a letter from Richmond City Mayor Malcolm Brodie fuels new concerns about the impact of Aboriginal title claims in the region.

The new letter calls on the provincial government to provide legally binding assurances that private property will not be affected in the Cowichan negotiations, along with greater transparency in ongoing discussions.
