Despite having a history of violence against women and recently cutting off his ankle monitor to go on the run, a repeat violent offender has been released back into the community, now wearing another ankle monitor.

A Vancouver court has released Jordan McIntosh, a repeat violent offender with over 49 convictions, including 11 for violent offences, back into the community instead of sending him to jail following his arrest, according to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD).
