DEI is based on the premise that there is "systemic bias" in hiring. In fact, this premise is false. Ability and merit alone should be the only factors in scientific or medical hiring. If you were about to undergo brain surgery or heart surgery, would you want a surgeon who was hired based on merit or on DEI? Even the woke types would pick merit. DEI could end up killing them. DEI really means anti-white. It is therefore discriminatory. Ideology should not dictate science or medicine; look at times in history when it has done so: Nazi "blood purity" and Soviet psychiatry, both disasters and bastardizations of science. Yes, the wife and I have been on location. One night when we were leaving the ER a hospital rep was outside letting folks in the line know it would be an approximate ten hour wait for them. This was just before midnight.
and in Ontario, the last time I went to Emerg..I (and my 2 paramedics) sat around for 6 hrs..(with 4 patients/ 2 paramedics each..ahead of us!!!..).f$#kin STUPID!!!
