A wave of recent polls on voting intentions ahead of the next Ontario election shows the Ontario Liberals narrowing the gap with Premier Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservative Party, with one survey putting the Liberals ahead for the first time since 2018.

According to 338 Canada, an aggregate of Canadian political surveys, several pollsters have documented rising support for the Ontario Liberal Party alongside a decline for Ford’s Progressive Conservatives.
