Well of coarse it wont work. It wont reduce crime, they know that.. this is a gun grab to disarm Canadians. Every thing the liberals do is for the common goal of the WEF agenda. Communism and control of people. straight up evil. simple as that.

Yes .. Simple as that ...

Straight up evil.

The definition of what the Liberal Party of Canada now is (as well as their counterparts south).

This goes to the heart of the Liberals failed policies. They have tanked us time and time again. Who are these brain dead people that vote for tired old Liberals who have shown to be terribly inept at running a lemonade stand. It's scary folks.. come Nov. 4th they'll conjure up more lies to cover their carnage in this country.

Canada is DONE! Carney, just like Trudeau, is a complete and utter failure. All he is doing is continuing the destruction of Canada that was started by Trudeau!

The only current road to a solution goes right through a separate, or at least a significantly serious about it, Alberta. The only thing that will cut them down is to kill their revenue source. Alberta needs to take 100% control of their own finances and tax collection and THEY need to decide what goes to Ottawa, not the other way.

Too Me it is not about the money , but about the loss of freedom. Freedom means to act without hindrance or restraint, more or less. No one telling Me 4 thousand miles away what I can and can not do.

I totally agree with your sentiments Don, I am more of a libertarian myself and I expect we would see a lot of things the same way, however in the world of impacting and influencing Ottawa you need some kind of a stick and the best stick is always to choke off their money supply. In reality it is the ONLY thing from west of Kingston that gets Ottawa's attention. I have had 40 years of dealing with Ottawa on policy and law issues related to guns and I can guarantee you the only time a Liberal cared about what the west of the country said it was if we had a big cheque attached to it. And that only served to slow things a bit. Only a conservative has actually helped, and even they screwed us in 1992 giving the real birth the the Reform movement.

Yes, agree. The only way that I see to stop the "money" transfer is to separate. Not what I would really like , but at this time it is the only feasible way. Maybe You have a better way?

I don't, except to have that end in your pocket when you are dealing with Ottawa. If Alberta adopts a Quebec tax system and does 100% of their own taxation and then Alberta remits to Ottawa what it think Ottawa deserves... you might start to get their attention, but I suspect they will try to steal it back via the SCC so you end up the same, be ready to separate and if Ottawa are idiots... well those transfer payments stop. You refuse any of the national debt since you cause NONE of it. The current transfer payments are far more than your current provincial budget so I don't see any down side. You can fund all your own healthcare, EI, pensions etc. out of the current structure. In 2-3 years you can actually significantly reduce Albertan's personal tax load. Hell with your resources you can likely do a Saudi Arabia and fund 100% of your health system (and a bunch more) off of foreign payments. I need a place out there!

Hmmm that’s why they disagree with the liberals and call their gun ban phony?

There are NO police service leaders there, just union leaders. Not even actual cops in some cases, they are union representatives. Cop leadership just wants their shiny toys and an easy program (they think) to beat on law abiding Canadians. Chasing criminals is dangerous. Much easier to pad your stats abusing the inherently law abiding.

The gun buy back program has literally nothing to do with reducing crime. It is being pushed thru so there will be no guns pointed at the liberal politicians when the poor duped Canadian public realizes how badly they have been conned and that their beloved country is a commie sh-- hole.

I don't own a gun but wish I did. I'm 77 and would never give in to these commie assholes and give my gun up. I would hide it. They would never find it. If I was of a criminal nature, I would not own an legal gun for whatever illegal purpose(s) I had.

I am willing to bet that if I was sent to jail for refusing to give up my gun, there would be no bail and I would be held in jail until I gave in to their idiocracy. At my age that would mean until I die. So be it. I will not be part of this authoritarian government's power grab for control of our country.

I hope the RCMP bring CBC, MCTV and other Main Street media when they go to Ganaque Indian reserve or any other reserve……these reserves are on federal land, they should enact and try there confiscation of legal guns…..good luck!!!

This makes great print... in Anglo Canada. No government MP or civil servant in Ottawa cares. Until you can line up 3 to 5 major Quebec Police leaders and have them speak at least as strongly as these guys literally NOTHING is going to happen. You make a massive oversight in thinking the the Liberal Party leadership cares one whit what an English Canadian, even a cop, thinks. If you think, hope, feel what these guys say matters to Carney you are dreaming. They care about Quebec and Quebec only. The rest of the country to the Liberal Party is exactly one thing: A tax money source for their friends.
