Poilievre says Carney must answer for spy arrested by NATO
Poilievre said under the Carney government, Canada is becoming a “playground of foreign interference and international crime and terrorism.”
Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre says that Prime Minister Mark Carney must answer for his government’s failed screening processes involving the Canadian intern recently arrested in Belgium for spying on NATO’s headquarters.
“Why is it that we keep learning about national security threats to our country from foreign governments?” asked Poilievre to reporters in St. John’s, Newfoundland on Thursday.
