"Poilievre attacked former Liberal justice minister David Lametti’s Bill C-75, passed in 2019, which directed judges to release accused offenders “at the earliest opportunity, under the least onerous conditions.” He said the law tied judges’ hands and created a revolving door for violent criminals."

..I don't recall if there was a HUGE uproar back then from those judges/ lawyers/ lawmakers/ media..etc regarding the passing of C-75 ???...oh, RIGHT..we were all being inundated (distracted) by "the Corona Virus" and the MSM constantly shoving it down our throats on TV/ social media/ newspapers...

That's all good and common sense, but we need independent investigations into these domistic terrorists traitors in our governments with long jail times and independent forensic audits to get all our stolen money back and if these criminals can't giet it all back to us then they need to be stripped of everything they own no matter where they hid our money...!!!!

It would be far simpler to remove progressive woke judges who refuse to apply the law, so to protect citizens!

Just think of how much money the system could save if it was not a revolving door.

The first people financially impacted by the jail no bail would be the lawyers for which when a criminal is kept in jail doesn’t bring an income for them. Releasing criminals is a bonanza for them. Crime is $$$

With the number of select judges that the Liberal Regime has put in place over the last number of years, will Poilievre’s proposal make a difference. Over the last 10 years, Canada has seen ideology be the governing factor over so much of what directs this once great Country.

Gawd damn Pierre speaks “not so common sense”!! When victims are afraid to defend their homes and families this is an aberration to common sense values! When judges allow scumbag repeat offenders out on bail this is fundamentally wrong and obscene! How of this crap are we Canadians going to take???

When an immigrant commits a crime here in Canada there passport should be revoked and they should be on the NEXT PLANE to wherever they came from.
