At a news conference in P.E.I. on Wednesday, Poilievre said Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Clean Fuel Regulations amount to “carbon tax 2.0” and will add 17 cents per litre to the cost of fuel, citing projections from the parliamentary budget officer.
