Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre delivered a rallying speech at the Canada Strong and Free Network conference, calling for Canada’s energy sector to be unleashed, taxes to be cut and criticizing Prime Minister Mark Carney and his Liberal government for building an economy on “political favoritism” rather than free enterprise.
During his keynote address to the annual grassroots conservative networking event, Poilievre called for Canada to be restored as a free, safe and prosperous nation built on competition and voluntary co-operation rather than handouts to elite insiders and lobbyists.
